if you have an enchantment creature with bestow and cast it as a creature can you pay bestows mana and turn it into an enchantment aura

The only way you can cast it as an aura is from your hand by paying the alternate casting cost. Once it is on the field as a creature you no longer have the option of casting it as an aura as it is already a permanent and no longer an enchantment creature card with an alternate casting cost.

It's no longer "an enchantment creature card" is kind of true since it's a permanent now so not referred to as a card. It is still an enchantment creature however, just not an aura.

9/15/2013   If a permanent with bestow enters the battlefield by any method other than being cast, it will be an enchantment creature. You can't choose to pay the bestow cost and have it become an Aura.

The relevant part of this ruling is that {boon satyr} can be targeted by {erase} whether he is bestowed or not.

I would like to add to this question if I may would I cast a bestow card as an aura and the creature that is enchanted dies a few turns later does the bestow creature stay on the field as a creature.
