I love the feature. I think if you would add some more features to simulate more game conditions, but as it stands it's pretty perfect.
I noticed a little something, whatever programming logic shuffles, tends to leave sizable runs of similar cards. Most of the time, if I draw equipment I'll draw every piece in the next X amount of turns, same with all of the draws. Maybe it's bad luck, maybe it makes sense?
It would be really good to have different areas for GY, BF, exile and hand, also a way to search your library (for example if you are playing with primeval Titan), or ways to simulate {ponder} and other stuff, like scry!
Lol might as well make it a full sim and be able to play against other decks. Jkjk

I think thats actually a good idea, Rass. But it would have to be kinda low-tech, but I would love to see that put to the test on this app.
