Rough draft. Need ideas
I /just/ made a U/G list. Playset of {Doubling Season} is must. Thassa seems bad. {Simic Growth chamber} is amazing with Garruk and {Explore}. {Savour the Moment} is bad IMO.

thassa is on the fence. Thought about Simic and {khalni garden} but want to maximize forests for nissa. Savor is great with Nissa and garruk.....it also goes infinite with Tamiyo emblem. Would love to playset the doubling season but I need to get 2 more.
The idea is to ultimate jace with a season out, get another jace and ultimate him again, get another jace and ultimate him again, get an ugin and ultimate him. Meanwhile I also get the goodies from opponents deck. Or I go for Tamiyo and savor combo
Think I'll add {gifts ungiven} and can't remember the green card for a single phyrexian mana that puts a card on top of your library

This list looks a tad inconsistent with low numbers in key cards. I also feel like more land is needed.

I was thinking the same.......and I do not have any Gifts yet anyway :)

Maybe 4 {serum visions} and 1 {snapcaster mage}? Could also add {sakura tribe elders} for ramp.
In my Bant list the first few turns are spent ramping with {Search for Tomorrow} and {Farseek}. There's also {Path to Exile}, {Dawn Charm} and {Supreme Verdict} to help stabilize. With U/G I think you should be ramping hard to speed up the deck so it's making big plays earlier. {Search for Tomorrow}, {Rampant Growth} and {Explore} should do it. I'd also up the land count by one or two. (Bolt the bird is a huge thing right now and I opted out of creatures in my list because I'd like to run wraths and make removal bad. The creature path can work too though.)
You need to decide what game plans you're on. Without {Simic Growth Chamber} {Garruk, Wildspeaker} feels a tad less powerful and synergetic than he should be. He works best with {Savour the Moment} alongside {Nissa, Worldwaker}. I feel like you need to add {Simic Growth Chamber} to max out your utility from him. I also feel like he's a two of.
{Nissa, Worldwaker} feels underwhelming. You should be running {Misty Rainforest} and more basics to max out her potential. (Guessing this is budget or availability issue). Her ult seems like an auto win vs anything without a board wipe. But does she truly warrant three slots?
{Jace, Architect of Thought} is one of the best cards in this deck. He sponges damage, draws cards and his ult is insane. {Doubling Season} into Jace + Jace + Jace ending with {Ugin, the Spirit Dragon} is amazing. Part of me thinks he's a four of.
{Tamiyo, the Moon Sage} feels like one of your best cards. Like seriously. Her +1 is a targeted {Fog}. If you have her ult plus a {fog} you can forget about taking combat damage. You have an infinite turns combo. I'm debating adding her to my Bant list. So the question is, why only one?
{Kiora, the Crashing Wave} she is fantastic. There's a reason she only starts with 2 loyalty. She's that good. She's probably the best win con in the deck, and her +1 and -1 are very relevant.
IMO this deck needs to be ramp + Turbo Fog.
I did originally think about BANT Superfriends so I can run paths and what not.
perfect world scenerio
T1 forest, BoP
T2 breeding pool, explore, forest and still have 2 mana open for potential remand
T3 forest, Nissa and +1 to untap 4 forest and maybe drop another PW
T4 you have 9 mana with just nissa and without a new land drop
Honestly have done zero play testing. The deck relies on getting PW out to control the board state and/or ramp into more PWs.....but Conan is exactly right if I get stuck on 3 I am deader than dead.

Affinity, infect, and twin are very capable, especially when you're not disrupting them. Not to mention until turns 5 to 6 you can't cast walkers without fear of opposing counter magic and rock decks can tear apart your hand. I just think it's not wise to have a deck with no real play before turn 4.
I understand what you're saying here. But my Bant list has beaten Storm, Infect, Burn and Tron. It's a very powerful deck when it gets going, and with good ramp that's turn three. I don't think this list is as resilient but it is doable. Adding white adds a ton to the deck IMO. I made a Simic list and I'm less impressed by it.
Twin is my biggest fear from that group you listed. A +1 on jace would negate infinite exarch but would not stop a loss from pestermite Cuz 2 power. A fog would buy me a turn I suppose and then I could +1 Tamiyo to tap down the guy with twin.
The big question is will I survive to those turns to play walkers to answer their threats and kinda think the answer is more yes than no. They either focus on killing walkers which buys me more time to cast more walkers and set up combos or they focus on me and maybe my walkers deal with their threats. Idk really....just need to find time to playtest. I just do not want to rule the idea out entirely
Updated to add (3) mana leak and (1) snapcaster for some early control. I also changed out BoP for Sakura tribe elder. Still in the funsy stage and I will try to pilot this at Modern FNM next Friday 5/8. The meta is semi-competitive and there are some funsy type decks and some noobs trying to play with $20 decks.
