I want to decimate a few of my brother's tribal decks
Goblins deck that does not use tokens, it relies on matron and the like to go fishing and dump the deck onto the battlefield
Elves that chain for life gain or size increase, and ramp into heedless ones
Zombie deck that uses grave betrayal and rooftop storm (besides enchantment removal)(maybe graveyard hate?)
Soldiers that uses the same technique as goblins to dump deck onto battlefield
Wizards (semi control while playing into Nameless ones)
Now, other than me playing Elesh Norn (which I have 4 copies of) what is a good low cmc way to shut these decks down...
Highly considering things like Godsend and DragonLord Kolaghan as my brother is a big fan of the 4 of principle...
Any color just tell what you suggest, which deck your targeting and why that card...
plz k thx bai
Do you want to be fair or be completely broken and leave him crying?
Make a black deck that uses {Extinction} and {Tsabo's Decree}. That'll work against all of his tribal decks.
{Tivadar's Crusade}. You're welcome.
{Engineered plague}
Sn
{Orb of Dreams}
When he dumps his library, it comes into play tapped
Plus
{Mesmeric Orb}
When he goes to untap, he mills out and loses on the draw
Or you could use {Blood Seeker} or {Suture Priest}
There's also {Engineered Plague}

I need 4 suture priests and 4 blood seekers, do you have them?
Unfortunately, I do not :(
I have a foil suture priest.
Try {Lethal Vapors}

Try {Lethal Vapors}
Wouldn't he just wait to be able to do his combo thing, then skip a turn to win the turn after that?
Grave pact combo is fun for clearing the board. Works splendidly in black devotion, and I know you have 2 {phyrexian obliterators}
Maybe play {B}{R} creature theft? {Grab the Reins} and {Illusory gains}. Nothing screws up tribal like the best creatures being stolen. A friend of mine used to play one, and he used creatures like {peregrine drake} to let him have out creatures of his own without losing mana for instant speed rebuttals
There was this blue card that lets you exchange control of your creatures. You get his, he gets yours. Until end of turn. Got it in a mono blue stall and bleed deck. Just wait until you can strike lethal with his creatures and swap. That is excluding haste or other shenanigans.
