I was playing UW Control again (this time with 2 Ojutais (aka God) and 2 {Secure the Wastes} (#whoknew)
Anyways:
Round 1: vs Abzan Control
This matchup is pretty easy for me
Game 1: I mull to 5 (while I'm on the play) my hand is 3 land Negate and Disdainful Stroke and at this point idk what I'm up against. I keep my 5 and put up a valiant effort but in the end a mill to 5 vs. a Thoughtseize deck isn't good :(
Game 2: I mull to 6 lol keep 3 land Dissolve Elspeth Dig aka a sweet hand. I draw dig, dig, Fated Retribution, Elspeth and he Thoughtseized my dissolve on turn 2 .. I just got mana screwed :(
I lose in 2 :( not happy lol Abzan is an easier matchup for me and I kinda blew it. Oh well!!

Round 2: vs UW Heroic
Straight UW not Bant, not that it matters bc Dromokas Command isn't good against a control deck like mine.
Game 1: I mull to 5 again ... Oh no not again!!! He goes T1 Hoplite T2 Ordeal of Thassa T3 another ordeal lol I had nothing :(
Game 2: I side in Brimaz and Valorous Stance and lets just say T2 Last Breath your dude T3 untap play Brimaz just equals GG vs Heroic :D finally a win lol
Game 3: basically the same thing except {AEtherspouts} was what won me the game as I T5ed AEtherspouts into T6 Elspeth :D
I win 2-1!! :D

Round 3: vs GR Aggro (Dangs List)
Game 1: I'm usually hopeless but I drew the right part of my deck and a T6 Elspeth got there (thank God you can last breath your own token lol)
Game 2: the creature package I bring in ({Brimaz King of Oreskos} and {Soulfire Grandmaster}) was just too strong it forced him to use his turns to tap out just to kill my guy eventually I just Ojutaid him :D
I win 2-0!! Oh also {Surge of Righteousness} is UNREAL!!!!

Round 4: vs. UB Dragon Control
Game 1: LOOOOOOONNNGGGGGG game lol I get home to 1!! And played around the wrong card :( so he eventually took it lol
Game 2: T3 Brimaz #getthere lol he couldn't deal with it right away so when I untapped with 2 Dissolve and Negate in hand it was a quick GG lol
Game 3: what's better than a T3 Brimaz? A T2 Soulfire that deals 10 damage lol I had him down to 5 then turns was called and I was one turn away lol :( #controlproblems bc I would've won that game rather easily if it was untimed :(
Record: 2-1-1 (still in there!!)
Round 5: vs GR Dragons :P
He realized he was out of Top 8 contention and that I was still live for it so he scooped to me :D nice guy :D
I win in 1? Lol

Round 6: vs. UB Dragon Control ... AGAIN! Lol
Its my win and in!!!
Game 1: he mulls to 4, I mull to 6 we both struggle on mana. I eventually land Elspeth with protection and win
Game 2: nvm he's on Esper lol turns out he was really mana screwed in Game 1 lol regardless I play a T2 Soulfire and the Soulfire legit (not a lie!!) dealt 14 damage to the guy this damage + a Thoughseize from him clinched it for me bc he finally dealt with the Soulfire but eot I {Secured the Wastes} for I think 4-5 can't remember :P

Round 1: vs. Bant Heroic
Ok this is a good matchup for me!
Game 1 timely secure the wastes and AEtherspouts win it for me :D
Game 2: he mulls to 5!! I can taste Top 4!! I have an awesome hand I have 3 land, Glare, Dissolve, Dig, End Hostilities! I glare his Hero on T3 as I anxiously wait for any colored mana!! I legit draw haven into rad fountain lol he eventually comes back to win. #soembarassing
Game 3: I keep an okay hand not amazing and he just curves out beautifully nothing I can really do :P he wins quick. Oh well he was a nice dude :D he eventually won the tourney so I can't be too upset!!
Overall very happy with UW Control it is really well positioned I feel :D
