Title: Things that make me go hmmmm
Post by: Noblellama on April 16, 2015, 04:03:50 PM
If there is something out that prevents a certain creature from activating an ability, can a morph creature still un-morph?

No-morph is an ability of a creature and is there for prevented?
yes-the morph pod has no abilities and morph gets around this particular effect?

thoughts?

For example, {phyrexian revoker} naming a morphing creature?

Can the revoker even name a morph token as they are NAMELESS abilityless creatures...
He means naming a creature with the morph ability, like naming {Pine Walker}.

Flipping a morph creature isn't an activated ability. It is a "special action." Things that interact with activated abilities will have no effect.

This, and the fact that a face-down creature has no name, so cannot be named.
