Is this a question? Or are you making a statement?
Regardless, yes, the new blocks are "khans, fate reforaged" "dragons of tarkir, magic: origins" "battle for zendikar, (unannounced)"

I think I know what you mean.
In the expansion section of the app you can sort by block. These "blocks" are the collection of 3 sets, like we had the Tarkir trilogy, the Theros trilogy and before that the Avacyn block.
These are updated at or around release of the new sets. The Zendikar you see is the old block, not the one announced to be released in October. Origins isn't part of a block, but is a standalone core set. After Origins, the blocks will no longer consist of three sets, but of two, changing the way standard format is built up. Maybe someone can give a link?

Last but not least, these sort of questions about errors in the app content can best be posted in the ideas & feedback subforum.
