Is there any mono red combos, in modern, that are budget, and cheap to cast, that dont require more than 3 cards, that win or guve you a big advantage.
Only one I can think of in mono red is {lightning bolt} + {lightning bolt} + {lightning bolt}.
Otherwise no red combos exist in modern.

Not really budget though...
{Ball Lightning} + {Fling} has always been a favorite of mine
Attack with the Lightning then fling him for 12 total. Great game finisher
Or {Goblin Arsonist} + {Goblin Grenade}
Attack with arsonist for 1, grenade him for 5, ability kicks in for 1 for 7 total
I've posted an infinite Krenko in the EDH. Not sure if it's modern legal or playable though...

Turns out Skirk isn't modern legal. Anything else that can generate the mana in artifact or red?
{Koth of the Hammer} can give you a decent amount of mana for one turn. No infinites that I can think of

There's no way in hell you're going to find that. It'd be well known by now and probably not budget.
Now because I like to think I'm not a terrible person, here's a janky combo. It's not cheap to cast and takes more than three cards but it's hella rad.
{Boros Reckoner} x4 + {Shivan Meteor} x1 + {Dictate of the Twin Gods}/{Furnace of Wrath}
Ludicrous damage.

The conscripts are doing the exact same thing a {pestermite} would in the "normal" combo.
Pretty sure Kiki is not budget...

{norin the wary} + {genesis chamber} isn't exactly a combo but is lots of fun. Add purphoros for more damage.
