That was the first set of questions. OF NOTE: ALL ANSWERS WILL BE WRITTEN IN MY PAPER ANONYMOUSLY. I will be using pronouns, as the assignment specifies :)

Not too strict. I'll go ahead and pm you the questions for interview #2 when I feel like moving.
