Just super stoked, I usually do pretty well but then I lose in round 1 of top 8.. Today the entire top 4 just drew to split everything and got 10 packs.
I wish my shop did huge payouts. First place was 5 packs for me
My LGS is stupid good on prize support. First place gets like 20 packs usually.

Guys you need to ask your lgs to do store credit over packs. Packs are fun and all but store credit is how you build modern/ legacy collections. Worst case you can choose your packs with sc
I traded most of my packs in for 2 bucks store credit a piece. I'm fine with the option in case you want to open some packs.

I don't want legacy, they don't have the cards I need for modern, aside from {Noble heirarch} (they only have the judge foil version, and it's pricey). They are literal out of stock of the stuff I need. Unless I decide to get more dice, sleeves, mats, etc, I'm better off cracking packs.

My store has $2/person in the draft pod to first and $1/person in the pod to second. Kinda low prizes, guess that's what I get for choosing the small store that's a lot more fun to be at than the big store where the people aren't so nice. :P

Asking for store credit is absurd instead of packs, usually most stores give $2 per pack. You can easily open the set right now and get an ojutai which stores in my area are paying $15 for currently. Set is value right now, open prize packs and flip while you can
Mine is $13 to draft, and 5 packs for first. I'm happy cracking packs. I even pulled a {deathmist raptor} in the draft.
$15 to draft, the equivalent of 4 packs in store credit for first. Problem is, my store is a small comic book store that just got into singles very recently so there's not much useful to buy with the store credit.!

Without saying Munch is telling the truth or no: a business can have a name while the store doesn't. The business behind it can be like MTG Hicksville inc. but likely that won't be the name of the store. It is however pretty bad business not to name your store or to keep changing it.
