First you need to do a Offline Cache sync for Prices to get them.

Main Menu> Settings & Tools> Tools> Offline Cache> Update Prices.

Then you need to go into any card list you want to sort and hit the of in the lower right of the screen. Find Price in this list and drag that to the top.
