Sure! {butcher of the horde} doesn't say anything like use this ability only once per turn", so activate it as many times as you like! Sac three creatures and give him Haste 3 times for all he cares.

Instant speed? For instance, swing with butcher, mardu ascendency creates token, before damage sac goblin token, lifelink?

I still don't think multiple Lifelink is redundant. Multiple instances should trigger a seperate gain for each.

That's the difference between lifelink (static) and a triggered ability. Lifelink can save you while state based actions will cause you to lose before you gain the life from a triggered ability.

I'm very glad they don't. Life gain is so annoying as it is.
