Can {Saving Grasp} return a creature from my graveyard to my hand, ir just from the battlefield?

Well it can't return anything from the graveyard because there is no creatures in the graveyard.  The things in your graveyard are creature cards.  It doesn't become a creature until it resolves and hits the battlefield.

Worded this way so that you can get back creatures that have been taken from you, but not creatures that are from your opponents deck.

Well, they don't want ppl putting cards they don't own into their hand.  Fights ensue.
