{Virulent Plague}. And if you meant non token, there's no such thing according to the search function. (You could use that with the filters next time)

{drown in sorrow} might be what you're thinking of?

It's not drown in sorrow. Its a new enchantment from Dragons to Tarkir.

The only one like that is {Virulent Plague} which is only tokens. There isn't one for non-tokens.
