{Soul of Ravnica} with a { Transguild Courier} you get the draw and can play him mono-blue
Even when you have 5 colors on board it's not worth paying 6 mana to cast him and then 7 mana to activate his ability (plus getting multicolored stuff) you might as well just be playing {stroke of genius} or {opportunity}.
And where is the combo here? It's not like your making the ability cheaper. Would be sweet synergy in a chaos draft or something.
