today was Trans visibility day. Not sure if that means anything to you guys but it meant a lot to a lot of people.
What is this?
It's a day to recognize trans people and that they have the right to be who they choose to be.
The less discrimination we have in our world the better it will become

I'm all for this, just curious why they chose the word visibility in the naming of the day. Not "awareness" or "respect" but it seems fine. Just not really connected to what muggy defined it as but I guess maybe they "want to be seen". I don't know weird word choice...
Recognized in the sense of they have the right and freedom to live as they please
Trans people are barely being able to get past the pornographic/smutty idea that comes to the minds of most when they hear the word trans
