Is there a budget delver list? Also is delver still a good deck with the bannings. Finally is their any dtk cards that might be interesting in delver? Not looking for a SUPER COMPETITIVE decklist, maybe even 3 color delver...

{Rending Volley} as sideboard tech maybe? {Anticipate} is kinda bad but it's there. Delver isn't as good since the bans but it's viable.
Delver isn't cheap as you need {Remand}, {Lightning Bolt} ect.

Bolt is in my range, remand isn't. Budget-50-125 dollars for a deck.

Bolt is in my range, remand isn't. Budget-50-125 dollars for a deck.
Hulk combo is just under 125 and is what I play with great results
