{Silumgar, the drifting death} maybe more {Heros downfall} and {Bile blight} over {ultimate price}

Besides that, it looks really good!

I feel like Esper is greedy I mean you don't need B or W. I think I'd suggest going UB or UW Control bc the mana is a lot easier.

Also Dragonlord Silumgar is just worse than Silumgar Drifting Death so I'd swap them

You're probably right, but Esper is a fun little combination of {Narset transcended} and {Ashiok nightmare weaver}

Oh, speaking of Ashiok, this deck needs two or three of him

I feel like {Evolving Wilds} should be in here. You also need more basics than fetches.

Updated version after testing. I'm fairly happy with it except the fact that its hard to run 4 ofs unless I pull something.

{Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver}, {Elspeth, Sun's Champion}, {Ugin, the Spirit Dragon}. Where them walkers at?

{Narset Transcendent} feels like a two of to me.

It's probably worth running more than one {Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth}.

Ashiok and elspeth aren't really needed. Ashiok doesn't do as much as Narset does. Plus I would rather have removal or a counter over her. I was originally playing elspeth but I pulled them out because she's not really needed. Whenever I would get an elspeth out ojutai was already taking care of my opponent. Narset is working really well. Giving me 2 dig through times or 2 copies of a removal spell is really nice. Plus she is a great distractor. I have been thinking about 1 or 2 ugins but the deck does fine without him

How's Ojutais Command?

Makes sense, but Ashiok is very good vs some decks. Might he worth side boarding.

I highly recommend trying Ugin. He's stupid good.

I've done some testing with UW and it's just bad. None of the modes are great, most of the time you're paying 4 to gain 4 and draw a card. Just super mediocre, probably the worst command

Ojutais command has worked really well for me. I usually get a counter from it and the 4 life is a nice option. The extra 4 life has won me a game before but generally drawing a card is the better option.

Soorani did a deck tech on his list that looks sweet that's probably what I'll be running
