I feel like green is not bringing enough to splash for here. Instead of collected company id much rather just run dudes, since it's not like your guys are silver bullets it's likely just four mana to cast two dudes who you could likely cast for cheaper anyway. And the command does not seems good enough, in black white you have much better removal.

{Collected Company} is instant speed and can be done at EoT after a board wipe to re-establish some sort of board presence.

I agree about Command though.
