This looks really good. I like it. I feel like there should be a {Ugin, the Spirit Dragon} in there.

{encase in ice} seems great as just another answer to Stormbreath, a card that seems to wreck your deck if it lands

He did mention it and {Surge of Righteousness}. I expect the meta to shift towards dragon tribal and R/G are the strongest colors. It's also a screw you to red based aggro. {Surge of Righteousness} isn't a bad idea either.
