{Frenzy Sliver} seems weak. Win more that's not super powerful IMO.

Typically, I try to avoid abilities that cost a lot of mana. (With the exception of {necrotic sliver}). With {victual sliver} and {acidic sliver}, you have to pay a bunch of mana, and sacrifice a sliver, to get the same thing done that lifelink slivers can do by just attacking, or {necrotic sliver} can do by straight up destroying whatever is in your way (instead of pinging for 2)
