If you mean between when you untap and your upkeep, no.  The first and only thing you do during your untap step is untap your permanents.  No players get priority, no one can cast spells or activate abilities.  You simply untap and then move to your Upkeep.

If it's not dependent on turn you could cast things instant speed at the end of your opponents turn, otherwise upkeep, after the beginning of upkeep triggers have hit the stack, is the first time you can cast a spell.

502.3. (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=502.3.): No player receives priority during the untap step, so no spells can be cast or resolve and no abilities can be activated or resolve. Any ability that triggers during this step will be held until the next time a player would receive priority, which is usually during the upkeep step. (See rule 503, "Upkeep Step.")

Once the suspended card hit the stack at the beginning of your upkeep, play a spell in response to it.

Actually you respond to her ability, but the spell will resolve before the manifest indeed.

Didn't know that if you were a magic card you'd be {Cheatyface} !!!

My playgroup has a house rule, if u can sneak cheatyface into play, it's legit and stays.

Apologies for the troll. Cheating is NOT cool and a do not condone it. I support heavy penalties for cheating in my play group. We had a tabletop cheater once, he is now banned for life from our playgroup, after we instituted house rules such as: lose one life for each card you look at from your library while illegit.

Spirit maybe, but rules wise you can't even cheat him into play if he's not in your hand. All the card allows is to play without paying mana, at any time, as a special action that can only be responded to by directly calling foul.

That's why you play all four at once.

Put them down in a perfect stack, and when it slides through, fan them out
