For the sideboard off the top of my head {Bile Blight}, more {Thoughtseize} maybe even main board. I would swap out the doom wakes for {Silumgar, the Drifting Death} Because he is very good

Playset of {Drown in Sorrow} in side.

{Despise} and {Duress} when it comes out, perhaps?

Why no {Sultai Charm}?

Charm also seems nice. More card discard wouldn't hurt but a playset of thoughtseizes could do well. And drown is a must for the side

Does this build usually run {Commune with the gods}?

Also, I have found {Taigam's scheming} to be pretty useful

I've been a bigger fan of {Sultai Ascendancy} in those slots. Bit more mana intensive, not as much of an immediate impact, but it pays out. Scry two with upside is pretty sick in this deck.

With your high creature count {Nighthowler} may be good.
