If I attacked this turn, how many times may I bring my blood soaked champ back if I have multiple sac outlets for him to keep going away?
There is no limit. As long as you meet the criteria for raid, you may activate his ability if he is in the yard.
Reference: {bloodsoaked champion}

with a {heartstone} and {phyrexian altar} you got yourself an infinite
You can infinite but unless you have an etb benefit you won't gain anything.
{Training Grounds} work too. Just add {Altar of the Brood} or something.
Well there's {Butcher of the Horde}.
{Butcher of the Horde}
Edit: beat me to it ðŸ˜
Check out my Drink the coolaid deck in Standard. Its a lot of sacrificing stuffs. I'll bump it for you

I made a list too, I haven't posted it but if you're interested lemme know.
I know it's not free but I like the idea with {Jalira, Master Polymorphist} to be able to pull creatures out of your deck

I have a jelira deck that turns tokens into dragons, that's all it does
8 huge dragons in the deck
And token maker spells with tempo control
This was gonna be pure black but I'll need RW for butcher so I'll think on it
You also get {Collateral Damage} and access to {Act of Treason} effects. Highly recommended.
So you know, Heartstone and Training Grounds don't interact with the Champion. Those cards can only interact with things on the battlefield, as that's the only place creatures exist. They are only cards elsewhere.

Nice catch! Hadn't occurred to me yet. Hadn't given it too much thought as well... Especially note the wording on {training grounds} creatures you control.. You don't control your gy.
do it with {Generator Servant}. When you sac the Generator your opponent loses a creature. Then all you need is 2 more black mana to sac the Champ, return it, sac it again, return it, and sac it again. 4 creatures gone with 2 Black mana. of course you'll also need the {Dictate of Erebos} and the {Butcher of the Horde} on the battlefield.

heartstone is okay, training grounds is not.
{Pawn of Ulamog} plus {Phyrexian Altar} and you got yourself infinite. Then you can take your pick with million other stuffs to ETB or LTB combo with.
and add {Grim Haruspex} for drawing in Standard

Again, neither of those interact with a creature card's ability in the graveyard. Both refer to creatures, which only exist on the battlefield. Any other zone and they're just creature cards. The only difference between Heartstone and Training Grounds is that Heartstone applies to all creatures, regardless of controller.
