The combo is, {Dragon Tempest} + {Descent of Dragons}. There is the unnecessary but epic piece of {Battlefield Thurmaturge} to greatly reduce the cost of {Descent of Dragons} (from {4}{R}{R} to {R}{R}).
This combo will deal damage equal to the number of creatures you control. /Squared/. Then leave you with 4/4 fliers to beat down with.
{Sarkhan, Unbroken}'s ult can be used in place of {Descent of Dragons}.
I intend to brew this deck soon.
Also {temur ascendancy} draws you as many cards as dragons entering.

Ooo. Sweet. Though the haste may be a bit redundant with {Dragon Tempest} out. I'll see if it fits in the deck when I get around to it.
It also puts you in the colors for sarkhan as another win con
This is gonna be huge. Already wanted to build the Temur Dragon deck because of Sarkhan, some sweet double strike dragon I picked up and the infinite combat phases combo described in another thread. This fits right in.. Wizards done it again, I'm stoked on the new set just as the stoke for FRF was dying away. (As I Got my Ugin in prerelease pack :))

I was looking at Jeskai to possibly throw in the {Brood Keeper} / {Ephara's Enlightenment} combo and running Ugin instead of Sarkhan. The draw 7 is bigger to me than spitting out dragons - and I don't plan to put more than maybe an ojutai in the deck so I don't need Sar's ult. but I'm waiting for more spoilage to see if anything else hits the fan.

I debated going Jeskai but all you really get of value is {Raise the Alarm} and removal options. I will try building it that way too most likely. I'm expecting Temur to be better.
Try both. My deciding factor was Ugin over Sarkhan. But I didn't even think about ornis, going to have to fit those in

Yes, but {descent of dragons} also targets creatures. Where do you see targeting players?

I'm going to lead towards no. If I was going to go that way I'd just go Rakdos or Mardu. You lose {Battlefield Thurmaturge} either way. Green for ramp is good but the mana fixing isn't great for Jund, and {Liliana Vess} and the new Sidisi aren't amazing tutors. I do like that Sidisi is on theme for tokens, however. I honestly think we should all make builds and see what works. I'm going to try Temur first.
