Title: Life gaining with trostani, Selesnya's Voice

hi the question is if every time that Trostani, Selesnya's Voice populate you gain life equals to that creature toughness n every other populate or just the creature you summon  thanks

When ever a creature enters the battlefield under your control you will gain life equal to its toughness. That includes creature tokens
