I am sticking with just black. Actually this is pretty good with {thrumming stone} I can bring out a ton of rad each turn And {coat of arms} gives the rats more boosts.

You are missing one card. A black one to be exact. It is called {Ratcatcher} It let's you search your library, almost every turn, and put a Rat card in your hand (or is it onto the Battlefield?)
I'd drop the {Coat of Arms} to three, maybe even two. You don't want them clogging your early game, or stopping a {Thrumming Stone} going off.
