Although after rotation and product being overly available: the batterskull will retain more value, especially since its japanese & nm (I'm assuming)

You can buy a {Batterskull} Japanese version for just under $20 on eBay. He is giving a fair offer IMO. Actually a little better than fair. Not to mention the playability of the cards vs one.
