Title: Kira, great glass-spinner
Post by: Vorzwick on March 01, 2015, 03:02:06 AM
Ok. Let's say I have kira, great glass-spinner on the board. It's my opponent's turn and they cast evil twin and choose to copy kira. Will the evil twin become countered or will it enter the battlefield as the text of evil twin does not say 'target creature '?

So linking the cards will make things easier for next time. For reference:
{kira, great glass spinner}
{evil twin}
So since {evil twin} does not target for its {clone} ability, Kira's protection will not affect it. However, if evil twin tries to activate his destroy ability which does target, Kira's ability will trigger if it's the first time it's being targeted that turn and counter the ability.
