The mana base is straightforward. {Radiant Fountain} cause I can, {Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx} cause devotion, {Island} cause I have to.

{Hypnotic Siren}: a seriously underrated card. Early game it's a 1/1 for one. With evasion. Late game it's removal+.

{Thassa, God of the Sea}: The scry is very useful.

{Prognostic Sphinx}: I know PLA is "better" but this is an aggressive deck and I can't always afford PLA. Plus this deck loves digging for answers and such. Great synergies with {Bident of Thassa}.

{Clever Impersonator}: flexible extra copies of {Master of Waves}.

{Master of Waves}: read it. It's the reason this deck exists.

{Paragon of Gathering Mists}: keep my tokens alive. Or make them bigger so I can smash face. Flying is occasionally relevant.

19 creatures

{Dissolve}: best counter in standard. Not much else to say.

{Negate}: everyone is running non-creature spells.

{Dissipate}: cause I wanted more catch alls.

{Bident of Thassa}: card draw and devotion. Silly synergy with {AEtherspouts}.

{Retraction Helix}: couldn't counter something? Want to be aggressive? This is the answer.

{Nullify}: most decks run creatures.

{Jace, the Living Guildpact}: devotion, ghetto scry and a backup {retraction helix}. Without ulting.

{Perilous Vault}: just in case.

{Font of Fortunes}: {Treasure Cruise} was surprisingly bad. Adds devotion until I crack it.

As a whole the deck plays like an Aggressive control deck which is very interesting and fun to play.

{Disdainful Stroke}: generally sides in vs creature heavy decks. Pay attention to the CMC of your opponents spells and decide.

{Perilous Vault}: too much to handle? Board in. {Mistcutter Hydra}? Board in and pray.

{Negate}: Generally boards in vs control.

{Dissipate}: boards in when GY hate is important or catch alls are needed.

{Voyage's End}: kinda a filler. Also boards in against decks that play multiple creature spells a turn or that have fast starts.

{Ætherspouts}: kind of a board wipe. Board in vs tokens, {Mistcutter Hydra} and other fast and wide decks.

{Nullify}: in vs most heroic and creature heavy decks.

{Monastery Siege}: in vs hand disruption and burn.

{Pearl Lake Ancient}: in vs control and such

15 sideboard cards

The sideboard is where I feel like this deck really shines. It has answers to nearly everything and boards into a nasty matchup for most decks. I have been doing very well on Untap.In. Only lost once to U/B control.
