well I'm gonna build a Narset deck and I know there's a list on here that's amazing but I wanna keep the list under 500 dollars because overall, not a lot of folks play commander around me and I mostly build them for my fun anyways, sooo that being said shoot some ideas.... GO!
You can play Not Nasty Narset. Token generators, Planeswalkers. {Sphinx Bone Wand} has kicked serious butt. Just Voltron and value. Tokens keep you alive.

Nice. Gotta admit it's not as good as Taysby's but it's still fun. And draws much less hate.
Can I run a {cranial plating}? It has swamp symbols in the text but not card cost or card

Dang... I wanna make an artifact based voltron deck with cranial playing and tutors. Any Ideas? On a commander of that style I may switch my Narset to something else
Edit: Nevermind, will most likely run a Lazav Dimir Mastermind instead for tutors
