I could add in 2-3 goblin grenades and get 2 more burning rages.

Ditch the {Whipflare}s and {Harvest Pyre}.  You want to go for the dome, not clear the board for long game.  Playset of {Goblin Grenade}s and {Shrine of Burning Rage}s are a must.  I think you can get away with 20, maybe even 19 land for your curve.

Varition is nice but some cards as just plain better than others, especially in a mono-red burn deck.

Plus, there are only so many burn spell in Standard, so there's not a whole lot of room for variation.  I do think you can either go with moggs (goblins) or the Noble and pals.  The noble uses more creature damage than moggs, which is straight to the face.

{spikeshot elder} great for picking off tokens early, reducing armies during a stall and helping. Buff from....

{goblin chieftain} is the goblin lord, no brainer.

And {curse of stalked prey}.

{spikeshot elder} in place of {goblin arsonist}. And {goblin chieftain} anyway, it's never a bad card to play, if nothing else you can granade him when he outlives his usefulness

I'd nock the deck size down to 60
