Always wanted to abuse the .poo. outta {bio-visionary}. Any body have any helpful strategies or good card ideas? I'm just getting back into casual from EDH and I always liked the Simic.
{Clever Impersonator} and co. Search up similar effects and go nuts.
{Infinite Reflection}. Just read.

{Clone}, {Cackling Counterpart}, {Fated Infatuation}, {Vesuvan Shapeshifter}, {Vesuvan Doppleganger}, {Bifrocate}, {Doubling Chant}. I don't usually build casual decks but I built this one a while ago
{clone} vs. {phantasmal image} which would be a better fit? I like p Image due to the cheaper casting cost and honestly it it is gonna be a target (which is likely a control spell) I have {negate} to deal with it if I'm closin to winning with visionary or just let them waste the spell if I can deal with it. I'm going with 3 {infinite reflection} over {doubling chant} cause for same cost it will more than likely produce a win. Using {elvish archdruid}, {elvish mystic} for ramp. {elvish visionary} for chump blockers/draw/targets for {polymorphic rush}. Also kinda want a couple beaters for back up my choices are {frost titan} and {ship breaker kraken}. Thoughts?
{Phantasmal Image} makes it easier for your opponent to shut you down.
I feel like you want {Sylvan Caryatid} so you can ramp with blue mana as well.
Might I suggest {Stormtide Leviathan} as one of your backups? Shuts down most decks while putting your opponent on a three turn clock.
{Rite of Replication}?

Would love to have the caratyid but all the ones I have available are in my EDH decks (I'm mainly a EDH player, but my group decided to make a couple casual decks fer fun). Storm tide seems like a bad a$$ choice. Would {gate creeper vines} or {borderland ranger} be a good sub cause of the fetch, or would {rampant growth} be a better choice?

{Rampant Growth} cause it puts it down.
Hey
{Progenitor Mimic}
I was working on a biovisionary deck some time ago...I never really finished it. Anyway. Rather then running counters I chose to make them hexproof when targeted by using {Mizzium Skin} and {Simic Charm}. My meta at the time was very heavy on removal and burn so those were a good fit.
{Swiftfoot Boots} are a tad better suited to casual. {Darksteel Plate} too if you have it.
When the new set comes out enchant him with {mirror mockery} and gods willing him then swing and create 2-3 tokens of him depending on how many of him you already have out
For those who haven't seen it its a 1 colorless, 1 blue enchantment that whenever enchanted creature attacks put a token onto the battlefield that's of the attacking creature exile it at the next end step.
Lookin at it this way it's a t3 win
T1 Breeding pool- {birds of paradise}
T2- forest {bio-visionary}
T3- {Phantasmal image}, {mirror mockery} on bio then swing and trigger fourth bio as a token. Win.

Read mirror mockery incorrectly so it wouldn't have worked anyways :(

Yeah, token leaves at end if combat.
