I do actually have one (that isn't just Relentlesses, I promise!!!) and youre missing one thing! {Thrumming Stone}!

I just had two pet rats in the house and they are relentless so ur deck is accurate. Lol

I made an Commander deck with 30-ish Relentless rats, Thrumming Stone, and Bloodbond March.  Glissa, the Traitor is my general.
These Relentless Rats are in addition to the 100+ I have in my binder.  But I still need more!

I'd recommend {Balthor the Defiled} as a commander to bring back all your dead rats.  But then, there goes your {Bloodbond March}

I thought commanders were supposed to be tri-colored. Like the original elder dragons

Nope, they can be any number of colors.  Heck, they can even be colorless if you want to go with a straight artifact deck.
