If you really need unbelievably powerful magnets, here they are.

I don't know about international but anyone in the us can buy it. It's very diluted in the raw rock. It's impossible for one to get the pure uranium out without very specialized equipment and it's very diluted so at most it'd give the person messing with it cancer in 50 years if they don't wear a glove and breath in as many fumes as possible. It is legal in the us to own uranium. (For reasons unbeknownst to me)
