With {Rakdos, Lord of Riots}' last line of text, does that apply to creature spells cast in the turns after the one he was cast in?

Nope
Constant check
Life lost this turn reduces costs this turn
Creatures cast 3 turns later want to know how much life was lost that turn, not three turns back
If it were cumulative he would have been scary awesome!!
Still think it's nice to {fireball} for 15 and get a free turn from Emmy to finish up :p

If you {fireball} for 15 and you haven't won already your doing it wrong.

There's always {skullcrack}.
There's always EDH where 15 still puts them over half.
