i want to play either {Borborygmos Enraged} Land Pitch or {Titania Protector of Argoth} lands. Need pros and cons of each

Just playing at my LGS. I wanna spice it up. But bobo turns {lay of the land} into {Lightning Bolt} and {Seek the Horizon} 9 damage. However Titania turns fetches into dudes. See my dilemma?
got with Bobo and have Titania in there since you cant do the opposite?

Titania is really really powerful. The 4 fetches you can run are all ballers and there are a bunch of spells like {harrow} that generate ALL THE VALUE

Titania has so many support cards, I'd go with her.
I'd go with {Titania, Protector of Argoth}. A {Ghost Quarter} On your own land nets you 2 creatures and you lose one land
