When I activate {scion of the UR dragon} ability to become {blade wing the risen} do I get a dragon from my graveyard on the field ?

Nope. Scion is already on the field.

I was thinking more {scion of the ur dragon} grabs {blade wing the risen} then cast {fearsome awakening} to bring it and another dragon back.
