if I have {pariah} on one of my opponents 7,000,000 attacking {bronze sables}, and a {sun titan} equipped with {prowlers helm} on the field, do I die when he attacks (I am at 1 life)? Or does the sable die, allowing me to attack his face the next turn to return the {pariah} to the field, enchanting a new sable?
All damage is dealt simultaneously unless there is first strike or double strike present
All damage would be redirected otherwise to enchanted sable, then when you swing with your sun Titan, he would be able to throw it back on another sable

All 14M damage goes to the {pariah}ed sable, assuming you don't block. {pariah} goes to your grave, he keeps 6.999.999 ferrets. You swing, ability triggers, allowing you to enchant another ferret. It will take a while, even more so if you add a {whip of erebos} on his field, but you could win this.
Thanks to this knowledge, I DID win this. Against 7,000,000 green 2/2 wolves! From him making infinite mana and kicking {wolfbriar elemental} that many times.
