can I use {boros garrison} and {dimir aqueduct} if I'm using {azusa lost but seeking} as my commander?

Nope. Lands that tap for colors have color identity of those colors.

Nope. Lands that tap for colors have color identity of those colors.

Slight correction - lands that have colored mana symbols in their text boxes have color identity.  Lands that tap for 'any color' like {city of brass} don't have symbols and thus don't have identity and can be played in any deck.
