Yes but it's in Spanish and hasn't been English translated yet.
Well the translation is correct I do read Spanish are people still not sure if it's real?

Tap create 1 mana
Or tap create one mana of any color to cast named creature type. Creatures cast with this mana can't be countered by spells or abilities
If this is a real card it's going to be very expensive.
