Looking for some help/ideas. Trying to keep deck cheap, and I own all of this. No idea about sideboard yet either

{mardu scout} is really good at swinging through caryatids. I would also cut the {Flamewake phoenix} since you're have barely any creaturea that can trigger ferocious.
Heel cutter
Had a few games with it, its doing well so far. I like the look of scout, especially for the double red devotion. Flamewake has been working well, i usually have a 4/4 hoplite by the time flamewake hits the board too

That seems good. Goblins is also a cool deck with {obelisk of urd}.
