Animar. I'm aware I should likely have quite a few more little creatures for early casting to ramp him, but meh.

{Aethersnape} is good, what about other evoke dudes? {Briarhorn} and especially {Mulldrifter}. I'm curious why you have {Mistform Ultimus} in there.

Originally, I was going to include the new card "Descendant's path." mistform ultimus was there to make sure no matter what creature card I revealed, I could play it for free. I have since realized its a super far-fetched strategy, so I scrapped it

I would have thought {Call to the Kindred} instead. It doesn't need to be Misty, any of the changelings will do.
