Is she ever going to be unbanned in modern? I have a foil one and am thinking about trading her, but if there is any chance she'll be unbanned I'll keep her.

I doubt it'll happen in the near future. Will she be unbanned? Honestly nobody but Wizards can answer that question.
It depends on whether or not Wizards gets their .poo. together in this format. Between reprinting {Ancestral Recall}, giving us a 6 drop at 4 mana that slots perfectly into Rock decks, banning a pillar of the format, and making the format Junk v. Burn; it's pretty obvious that Wizards has no clue what is going on. {Bloodbraid Elf} died for the sins of {Deathrite Shaman}, but it took years for them to unban {Golgari Grave-Troll} (which was another case of them banning the wrong card: {Dread Return}), so god knows if BBE comes off. Hopefully this Pro Tour has shown them banning everything until Rock is last man standing isn't a good policy and lighten up, but knowing Wizards, it is just as likely they ban {Eidolon of the Great Revel} so GBx has even more good match-ups and {Dark Confidant} can come back in full force. /rant

Speculators drove prices up on all copies before the announcement (Is it a pack foil or FNM?) I would hold the FNM ones because it has Argyle's art and looks best to me. Plus Alara block had those foil boosters so there are more foils than typical. For modern, not anytime soon, IMO.
Keep in mind it is still a staple in Legacy Jund :) and we all know how legacy players like their foils.
