Two questions: what happens to creatures attacking a planewalker if the planewalker is bounced or destroyed during combat? Also, how would ninjutsu interact with this?
On ninjitsu:
702.48c (http://imtgapp.com/forum/index.php?action=imtg;area=rule;number=702.48c): A ninjutsu ability may be activated only while a creature on the battlefield is unblocked (see rule 509.1h). The creature with ninjutsu is put onto the battlefield unblocked. It will be attacking the same player or planeswalker as the creature that was returned to its owner's hand.
So if I attack a planewalker, and you bounce it, can I it can't I ninjitsu?
The way I read it is yes. If he was attacking and unblocked. He then meets the requirement. Trigger goes off.
Now if it said he had to do damage then no.

But isn't he removed from combat when loses the planeswalker he is attacking?
No. Why would he be?

Are you saying the creature or the planeswalker is bounced. If the creature is bounced to ninjitsu the new ninja will be attacking that walker. If the walker gets bounced, the creature will be attacking thin air...

Correct. Bouncing the walker will not remove the attackers from combat, so they can still be blocked. If they are not, you can nunjitsu.

He still attack so the trigger hoes off. Once the trigger goes off it happens. He would have to stop you before the attack phase.
It reminds me of im attacking with random creature. You decide to block him. He is now blocked I can't give him flying or protection of random color to get by now because he is blocked.

You can {ride down} though!!
510.1b An unblocked creature assigns its combat damage to the player or planeswalker it's attacking. If it isn't currently attacking anything (if, for example, it was attacking a planeswalker that has left the battlefield), it assigns no combat damage.
Relevant for lifelink and/or when dealing damage to player triggers
