Have you thought about splashing red for mardu charm and a few other things as well? Opens up a nice path for you and you can have rabble master toO
A guy at my shop has a warrior tribal deck and he uses 3-4 {Athreos, God of Passage}s and 2 {Spear of Heliod}. Athreos get his devotion quickly and his ability is really relevant for your aggro strategy
{raise the alarm} makes soldiers not warriors. I would cut it for removal.
I built one that includes {Brutal Hordechief} and {Mardu Strike Leader}. Lots of fun with warrior tokens :)
Don't run all 1 drops and bank on the chiefs to keep them relevant. I'd curve out to 3 or 4. {spear of Heliod} is great, {raiders spoils} is nice, {athreos god of the passage} sounds awesome that's going in my BW warriors deck. And get some removal.
{Spear of Heliod}, {Athreos, God of Passage}, and {Brutal Hordechief} are a must.
Card draw is always good {Sign in Blood} {Read the Bones}
I know it's not a warrior, but {Master of the Feast} is really under appreciated.
And if money is no issue {Sorin, Solemn Visitor} is one of the best cards a BW aggro deck can have.
Also {Battle Brawler} for a 2 drop and {Alesha's Vanguard} for a 3 dash
