I would just wait until I pull 2 of them then buy the other 2

You can get your money back 100% for preorder stuff.  I would get em from TCG or somewhere else.  I am on TCG right now and can order 4 for $50.25 with shipping.

My logic is, 1 box, 1 fat pack, and I occasionally get packs, and I trade/buy singles from there

They are sold out. And I bet when they come back they'll be more than $15 a pop

Conceptually, I don't get how you can sell out of a product you don't even have in the first place?

It's first time for them for a rare.

They have them, they probably have a room full of people ripping packs, which would be how they got things in and out of stock

Not to the players, it's probably already stocked at the distributors!

If you open X boxes, the probability of getting a rare card is Y. They know how many they are likely to get and with the number of boxes they open it's pretty accurate too.

Would you happen to know Y, Piotr?

It depends on the size of the set. Look at the number of rares, and that will tell you the odds of any given rare.

There us usually like 50 rares in a set? And u get one per pack so 1/50 chance of getting one but I have gotten 3 of the same rare in one box so there is variance
