Title: PucaTrade
Post by: KangaRod on January 21, 2015, 04:14:15 AM
You guys seen it before? Its a site based around trading, but instead of having to trade for other cards you just trade for points. Way easier to get what you're looking for. Check it out

It has its pros and cons. You still dont actually get any cards until someone that has what you are looking for decides to send some to you, unless you go searching and asking people but that is time consuming . And thats only if you have enough points. Plus you really need to keep your needs up to date. I thought it was getting nowhere so i stopped only to have a card turn up in the mail 4 weeks later when i no longer needed it.  Overall i wouldn't recommend it.

It is definitely an interesting concept, the fact that you have to wait for people to send you the card in order to get anything is pretty weak though =/

Been using this site for awhile now and has been super awesome for trading up. My brother in law has been on if for awhile and has traded tokens and other junk for points and turned it all into foil shocks and he complied his full set of shocks nice thing just don't add things to your needed until u are sure u want them. And so far the admins are really good at help just a little slow. At responding. I would recommend

I have been on it for a while, and I really enjoy it! It's nice for trading up or trading for the weird commons that you don't want to buy because they're 10ยข. Great for putting together my modern deck.

It just seems like something to put my junk value on, I would never send off my UG sea for points of a site that could collapse at any minute

When you complete a trade and don't mark it do the senders still get the points? Because if you have to confirm it for them to get points you could be a real d*ck and just not. Scamming them out of cards and points.

If that happens, you would open a trial with the recipient and call a mod.

That's why you don't get lazy and use tracking. Sucks to Goto the post office but it sucks even more having an item you sent not arrive

You can get tracking from the cozy confinement of your house and cheaper than going to the post office and getting it.

$1.93 for up to 3 ounces at paypal.com/shipnow

I rechecked the site and the monthly fee to trade is pretty weak

Trading is free, you just get minor benefits from paying though. I was thinking the same thing but the memberships have the name "Uncommon" and "Rare", you don't have to have the membership to trade Uncommons and Rares.

Only thing is you can't ask for foils if not a paid member but you can trade for all the non foils you want. And you can send foils If your not a member

Been using this site to trade since this was posted, have already acquired:

2x {Glimpse of Nature}
1x {Metalworker}
2x {Verdant Catacombs} and
1x {Imperious Perfect} (Full Art)

This site is legit guys, I highly recommend it. I'm moving over/high priced stuff that I can't offload anywhere else, you just have to be a little persistent with it.

I am playing with it to see if worth while. Used my sign points to get a Mogis (I know, little dreams) but it has been sometime waiting now.

I've been using it for a little over 6 weeks now.

Send out $545.37 and have received back $272.26 (with a little over $300 in credit in my account of course lol) - the site is amazing. Sometimes it might take a week or so before someone picks up on the card U want, but it honestly just so easy. Can't recommend it enough.
Ya been finishing my playset of shocks been working well

Definitely something I heard pros/cons about, but after all your endorsements I'm going to check it out. I have a ton of random standard/EDH cards I want to unload.
