Title: Siege dragon
Post by: Grimmykinns on January 13, 2015, 12:05:39 PM
{siege dragon} has the 2 damage ability when he attacks. Is this considered combat damage? Would it be prevented by cards that prevent combat damage?

Combat damage is specifically damage dealt by creatures during the Combat Damage step.  Anything that triggers when creatures attack, like Seige Dragon or {Hellrider}, are not Combat Damage, even though it happens to be during the Combat Phase.

So {ghostly possession} would not prevent the damage, right?

No, ghostly possession would not prevent the 2 damage if it were on siege dragon, or if it were on a creature that would be dealt the 2 damage by siege dragon
