I literally was just saying how USA is a much better name :)
I don't like Chandra in here even as a 1 of it seems bad too many dead cards for the 0 to matter and the +1 is awful for you lol I'd cut it for a 4th Ban. Light
Also you spelt {Dissolve} wrong lol Dissipate? That's amateur hour you needz dat scry 1 :P

Why not both?
Not enough room for both and Dissolve is almost always better!!
I prefer exile in this format.
Trying Chandra as a 1 of for this week, may replace her with steam augury; jaces ingenuity was just too slow and draw is my issue currently.
I upped this to 26 land also because several games I get stuck at 5 mana. Kind of absurd, but then again my bug control deck has so much better fixing
+1 for trying to make Mindswipe work.
I saw dissipate and was scrambling to find dissolve somewhere in this list... Its a shame.
Personally i am with muggs on dissapate over dissolve. There is so much nasty stuff that killing/countering is not as useful, looking at you {Flamewake Phoenix} and {blood soaked cramps}

plus leave them with one last thing to Delve from their graves

Another good point!
I'm running a 4-2 split with {Dissolve} over {Dissipate}. Have an extra {Dissipate} in sideboard just in case.
I'd rather see {Stoke the Flames} than {Fated Infatuation}. Stoke hits everything and is easier to cast.
Don't underestimate {Wild Slash}. Killing the mana dorks is really really good right now as is cheaply disposing of threats like {Goblin Rabblemaster}, {Seeker of the Way} and {Monastery Swiftspear}.
Now for all you unbelievers...my Temur ramp deck will show you the true power of {Mindswipe}! After I finish Cards Hate You and some form of constellation deck...
Honesty this is my old build before FRF my new one is listed under FRF where I only run counters in SB and the deck aims to burn at EOT giving the illusion of counters being up
Ill bump that list
I prefer dissolve/dissipate split if I'm running either spell. Some spells you want to exile, some you don't
I agree about the cut off that dissipate applies to the delve machanic but in game 1 at least you should have Dissolve, and in game 2 if they run delve cards then switch them or if you already run a certain amount of them in main board then bump them up and trade something else out... Unless they are playing Whip of Erebos, somethjng with delve, or some other reanimator build dissipate is just a cancel to the opposing player and id much rather have the scry if i knew that they werent playing those strategies
I spelled mechanic wrong lol
